If you would like to return an item by shipping it back to us, just request a return on your Orders page within 15 days of purchase. We’ll e-mail you instructions on how to ship your item back to our store and refund your original purchase amount once we receive your item. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store.
Alternatively, the easiest way to make a return is to bring your product into either our Fredericksburg or Marble Falls store within 30 days of purchase. Make sure to bring your receipt or show your email with your online invoice and that your product still has the tags attached, and we will be happy to refund your original purchase method.
All refunds are credited back to the original purchase method.
